The Lund Group’s practice spans all price points, including complex and high-value properties, and is defined by a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to pricing, negotiation, and transaction management. The Lund Group’s clients include CEOs, attorneys, judges, trustees, educators, expatriates, surgeons, and families navigating complex situations, including estates, probates, trusts, bankruptcies, and divorce.

Ken’s experience serves his clients well. He actively assists Sierra Nevada Realtors® in writing and revising the contracts Realtors® in western Nevada use in every transaction. Ken currently serves as a Washoe County Director for Sierra Nevada Realtors®. He has served for years on the Risk Reduction (Forms) Committee for Sierra Nevada Realtors®, including as chair, and was selected as one of 11 Realtors statewide to help draft a new purchase agreement for Nevada Realtors®. Few understand the real estate documents you will be using better than Ken.

Ken’s understanding of the Reno–Sparks market is built on years of original, property-level research. He has mapped and studied subdivisions across the region. Ken is a fourth-generation Nevadan and a proud native of the Reno/Sparks area. He has lived in both Reno and Sparks and loves both cities. He graduated from Galena High School in 1996 and has lived in northern Nevada for more than 30 years.

Ken is well equipped to negotiate on your behalf, bringing experience from hundreds of real estate transactions and years of negotiation in high-stakes litigation matters. Prior to joining Ferrari-Lund Real Estate, Ken practiced as an attorney at one of Nevada’s oldest law firms, representing a wide range of clients—from large corporations and a professional sports league to small family-owned businesses and individuals. He handled complex litigation matters and was entrusted to argue cases not only in trial courts, but also before the Nevada Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Over time, he developed a reputation for thorough preparation, clear and effective advocacy, and professionalism, earning an AV® Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell—the highest distinction for ethics and legal ability—and becoming one of the youngest attorneys in the firm’s history to be elected a shareholder.

Ken serves on the board of directors for the Karma Box Project, a Reno-based organization supporting individuals experiencing homelessness through outreach, resource connection, and recovery programs, helping them transition toward stability and self-sufficiency. In 2018, Ken was one of two primary authors of the case used by more than 45 state champion schools at the prestigious 2018 National High School Mock Trial Championship in Reno, Nevada, and was recognized as a 2018 State Bar of Nevada Volunteer of the Year. Ken served a four-year term on the Board of Directors for the BYU Alumni Association.

Ken is an avid landscape and travel photographer and loves hiking and U.S. history. Ken has visited all 50 states (and, more specifically, 38 percent of the 3,142 counties in the United States, and yes, he does keep track). Ken has also visited 54 out of 63 national parks in the United States. He has completed 6 out of the 8 legs of the Tahoe Rim Trail.

Alyson Savant

Moving isn't always exciting. Sometimes it's the result of loss, divorce, a job change, or life just handing you something you didn't see coming. And while plenty of agents focus on dream homes and fresh starts, Alyson is here for the people navigating the messy, complicated, or heartbreaking transitions too. The ones who need someone who gets it, who won't rush them, and who knows “home" may mean something different when you're rebuilding.

That said, she also works with first-time buyers, growing families, and anyone looking for a trusted guide through one of the biggest decisions they'll make. Whether you're moving because you want to or because you have to, Alyson brings the same care, attention, and local expertise to every client she works with.

A UNR graduate and resident of Northern Nevada for over 25 years, Alyson knows this area inside and out. She knows the neighborhoods, the schools, the hidden gems, and the people who make this place special. And after spending over a decade managing operations, finances, and relationships in a busy oral surgery practice, she knows how to handle the details, anticipate problems, and keep things moving forward even when it may feel overwhelming.

Real estate is personal. And whether your next move is full of possibility or weighted with emotion, Alyson is here to help you through it with clarity, compassion, and professionalism.
