WSJ: The Credit Bubble Everybody’s Ignoring

Read it in the Wall Street Journal. Student loan policy distortions (payment pauses, forgiveness signals) led borrowers to take on more debt under artificially improved credit conditions. Now delinquencies are rising and spilling into other markets, including FHA borrowers.
